This policy outlines clear, fair guidelines for refunds across our services—licensed massage therapy, herbal consultations, health coaching, retreats, mobile/online/onsite sessions, and products. All payments are processed securely upfront.

General Principles

No Refunds Post-Service Start: Once a session, call, or retreat begins, services are non-refundable due to their personalized, time-bound nature.
Results Not Guaranteed: Wellness outcomes vary by individual; no specific results promised.
Processing Fees: Non-refundable (e.g., 3-5% credit card fees).
Currency: All in USD unless specified.

Service-Specific Refunds

Massage Therapy (Mobile/Onsite/Online)

Full refund if cancelled ≥48 hours before appointment.
50% refund if 24-48 hours before.
No refund for <24 hours, no-shows, or late arrivals.
Mobile: Client covers travel if cancelled <24 hours.

Discovery Calls (Free/Complimentary)

Non-refundable once scheduled (no payment required).
Reschedule up to 24 hours prior; otherwise, forfeit.

Health Coaching & Herbal Consultations

Packages/Programs: 7-day cooling-off from first access/purchase—full refund if unused (proof required).
After 7 days or first session: No refunds, partial credits possible at discretion.
Ongoing coaching: Monthly prorated if cancelled mid-cycle (no retroactive).

Retreats & Group Programs

Full refund ≥30 days before start (minus $50 admin fee).
50% ≥14 days; 25% ≥7 days.
No refunds <7 days or post-start.
Digital materials accessed = non-refundable.

Products (Herbals, Oils, etc.)

Unused, unopened: 14-day return for refund/exchange (shipping not covered).
Opened/Perishables: No returns (health/safety).
Digital downloads: Non-refundable post-access.

Refund Process

Contact [email/phone] within policy window with booking details/reason.
Approval within 3-5 business days.
Processed to original method within 10 business days (bank delays possible).
Disputes: Final per policy; escalation to [state] small claims if needed.

Exceptions

Force Majeure: Full refunds/credits for cancellations due to illness (doctor's note), natural disasters, or provider unavailability.
Non-Profit Donations: Non-refundable per IRS rules.
